On Campus Tournament Housing. Edinboro University and PA West have worked in conjunction with one another to offer a fun, affordable, convenient place to stay during your tournament weekend. On campus accommodations include laundry facilities and on campus dining, all for a fraction of the cost of a hotel stay. Due to the demand of on campus housing, we will be expanding from the Highlands, suite style dorms, to also include traditional dorm accommodations.

Two Night Accommodations Only- Suite Style Housing $280.00, NON-REFUNDABLE after May 31, 2025

Team blocks available on a first come first serve basis and can not be guaranteed. Reservations can not be officially accept until the team has officially applied and paid for registration to the tournament, these reservation requests will be waitlisted until the team is registered.

Check-In: 3:00pm - 7:30pm on Friday Only; all late check in’s must be coordinated by Wednesday of the week you are playing.

Check-Out: 10am on Sunday, there is a late fee of $100.00 per suite

Before reserving On Campus Tournament Housing, please review common questions/information:

1. Suite Styles; are based on buildings, floors and availability; requests can not be considered.

2. Number of bathrooms per suite; are based on buildings, floors, and suite styles; requests can not be considered.

3. Handicap housing is available, however, we then can not guarantee you will be housed with your team. This is based on where those particular units are available and the number of units requested. We will do our best to keep you close to your team.

4. Pillows, Linens, Towels, Hair Dryers and TV’s are not provided. (these are college dorms, TV’s are in common areas)

5. Air Conditioning, The Highlands, suite style dorms, are air conditioned. However, should there be an issue with your suites A/C, we are unable to relocate you, we will work with maintenance to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. There will be no refunds for non-working air conditioners

6. Team Blocks, To help ensure you are grouped correctly please verify Team Name, as it applied to the tournament, and Coaches Name.

7. Clearances: ALL PLAYERS NOT UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THEIR PARENT or GUARDIAN NEED TO BE CHAPERONED BY AN ADULT WITH ALL VALID PA CLEARANCES (for PA RESIDENTS). All Three of the following: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal Background, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance or PA Affidavit if Resident of PA for 10 years. Please note, all clearances are to be uploaded into Affinity and approved.
